Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within the United States.We hope to offer international shipping in the
future, so stay tuned!

How long does shipping take?
Al of our products are handmade with care, so shipping times may vary:
• Order Processing: 3-5 business days (Custom pieces may take a little longer)
• Standard Shipping within the U.S.: 3-7 business days
• Express Shipping (if available): 1-3 business days.
How do I track my order?
1. Check Your Email Confirmation
After placing your order, you'll receive an email with a confirmation and a tracking number (if the order has shipped).
2. Click the Tracking Link
Once your order is shipped, Shopify automatically sends an email with a "Track Your Order" button or a tracking link from the carrier (like USPS, UPS, DHL, etc.).
3. Use the Shop App (Optional)
If enabled by the store, customers can download the Shop app by Shopify, log in with the same email used for the order, and track their order in real time.
Returns
How do I return an item?
Because our products are handmade and often custom, we only accept returns on non- personalized items in unused condition.If you'd like to request a return, please:

2. Include your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
3. Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Please note:
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• We do not offer returns on custom or personalized items unless they arrive damaged.
How long does it take to process my return?
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, please allow 3 - 5 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed.You'll receive a confirmation email once your return has been completed.
Please note: Refunds may take a few additional days to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Can I exchange for a different item?
Yes —if your item is not personalized and is in its original, unused condition, we're happy to offer an exchange!
To request an exchange:
1. Email us at endyepoxydesigns@gmail.com
with your order number and the item you'd like instead.
2. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
3. You'll be responsible for return shipping, and any price difference will need to be settled before we ship the new item.

Do you accept custom orders?
